We are located footsteps from the sand in Playa Hermosa - a world famous surfing beach on Costa Rica's Pacific coast. With miles of beach to choose from, every day you can score fun uncrowded waves within walking distance of our hotel. Playa Hermosa was home to the 2009 ISA Billabong world surfing games and continues to host many international pro-surfers thanks to the excellent quality consistent surf. Aside from surfing, Hermosa offers a variety of things to relax and entertain. Many of Costa Rica's finest tours and attractions are nearby such as: Canopy Zipline, Tortuga Island, Manuel Antonio National Park, Deep sea Fishing, Waterfall Hikes, Horseback riding, Snorkling, Scuba diving, Jet ski rentals, ATV, the Crocodile Man, Surf Lessons, Surfboard rentals, Sea Turtle hatching's and much more. On the more relaxing side there are Yoga classes, Professional Massages, and Spa treatments. Brisa Del Mar can set up any activity you'd like, so just let us know! We have a dozen restaurants and a couple of bars right in Hermosa- all serving delicious food from local cuisine, to caribbean medley, to burgers and pizza. Nightlife is a quick taxi ride to Jaco- with tons of bars and clubs to hit, then return to the peaceful setting in Hermosa.
